Apple Cinnamon Crunch Breakfast Bowl (for tots!)

Here is another yummy breakfast idea to get your kiddos excited for mealtime! Don't you just love the aroma of cinnamon and apples on the stove? My son loved smelling this bowl before tasting. I used just 6 simple ingredients. Enjoy!

Apple Cinnamon Crunch Breakfast Bowl
(for tots!)
1/4 cup 100% brown rice hot cereal
3/4 cup water
pinch of Himilayan salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 crispy apple (I used honeycrisp), diced into small pieces
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
pumpkin seeds*
In small saucepan, combine the rice cereal, water, salt, cinnamon and diced apples (save a few pieces for topping).
Bring to a boil and stir until cereal is cooked and apples appear softened. Stir in maple syrup.
Transfer to bowl and top with the remaining diced apples and pumpkin seeds. Serve warm.
*I use SuperSeedz brand pumpkin seeds, since they are made in a dedicated allergen-free facility.
