Blueberry Bliss Breakfast Bowl (for tots!)

It's berry season here in New York, which means organic berries are delicious, local, and a good price! My son really enjoyed this breakfast bowl, made with fresh blueberries and organic ginger. The antioxidants found in fresh, in-season berries strengthen our bodies' ability to fight off disease. This breakfast took me about 5 minutes to throw together. Enjoy!

Blueberry Bliss Breakfast Bowl (for tots!)

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free organic oats

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Pinch of Himilayan salt

  • Handful of fresh blueberries

  • 1/8 teaspoon organic ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon raw agave

  • Shredded coconut

  1. Simmer oats, water and salt over low heat until cooked through.

  2. Transfer oats to bowl and stir in ginger and agave.

  3. Top with fresh blueberries and coconut. Enjoy!
